2019 After SEE starts

With the arrival of summer, the new batch of youth has arrived at Amics del Nepal’s’ Activity Centre in Chabahil, Kathmandu. 18th April saw 15 youth from various government schools and children’s homes kickstart Amics’ 4th After S.E.E. course.

The course is a 10 week educational training project designed for students who have completed their 10th grade. The project aims to develop life skills among the youth and prepare them during this period of transition for further studies or livelihood opportunities. The project is experiential and participative, and is socially responsive in its essence. Therefore, the students undergoing the project are expected to step out and explore their creativity, develop their critical thinking skills as well as collaborate by undertaking various social projects. The 15 youth come from Kathmandu, Makwanpur, Biratnagar and Mahendranagar districts.
