Amics del Nepal made a relief distribution in June 2022 in order to provide some protection and safety to the beneficiaries from the harsh rains during the monsoon season. The relief packages were distributed to all the 60 beneficiaries (children, youth and women). The packages included raincoats & boots for the children and umbrellas for the youth and women. Some hygiene materials such as towels, summer powders, inner wears, paste, and brushes were also distributed to provide safety against the diseases that are associated with the rain and dirty water.
The beneficiaries were very happy to receive the support. The children especially loved their raincoats and boots as they can go to school and attend Amics’ after-school classes regularly without any problems.
