A family meeting was held on March 9th with the parents/guardians of project based learning grade six (PBL6) beneficiaries. The primary objective of this meeting was to wrap up the annual year 2080 through group discussion and feedback sessions. The secondary objective was to sign the project clause for the upcoming academic year 2024/25. Additionally, a workshop on the importance of communication between parents and children was organised during the session, providing parents with an opportunity to better understand their child and vice versa.
All parents and students participated in the meeting, during which some parents shared their experiences as indirect beneficiaries of Amics del Nepal. All parents agreed that their lives had significantly improved in terms of financial stability and health due to the support received from Amics. All 10 students of PBL6 will continue with us next year and have signed their PBL7 project clause in this meeting. This annual agreement, signed with our beneficiaries, outlines detailed activities, regulations, along with the benefits. These clauses are very descriptive and explain the kinds of activities children will be involved in and the benefits they will receive, making our program transparent to the guardians of the beneficiaries.

This project is possible thanks to the support of all the members of Amics del Nepal and the collaborating partners:
