On March 14, 2025, the closing and review meeting for the School Collaboration Project (SCP) 2024 was conducted. Teachers from all four partnering government schools participated in the meeting. The main objectives were to reflect on the Project Based Learning (PBL) workshops conducted in the four community schools in 2024, analyse teachers’ feedback, and discuss the next steps for the SCP in 2025.
A total of nine teachers attended the meeting, which began with a reflection on workshops conducted in 2024. Video testimonials from the teachers were also played, summarising their experiences facilitating the workshops, their response to student’s learning, and recommendations. In the second half of the meeting, participants reviewed the feedback forms submitted by teachers after each session. They also discussed potential improvements to the teacher’s guidebook and workshops, as well as strategies for implementing the sessions in the future.
The year 2024 marked the pilot phase of SCP, and the project will move into its implementation phase in 2025. Through SCP, Amics aims to enhance access to quality education in government schools by promoting PBL.
