Coming Together for a Common Cause with BlinkNow

A team from Amics del Nepal Kathmandu had the privilege of participating in the BlinkNow Summit 2024, held from 29th November to 1st December in Birendranagar, Surkhet, thanks to the support of Chelsea Nepal Network. The summit brought together organisations and individuals dedicated to social change in the field of education, providing an exceptional platform for learning, sharing, and collaboration.

Throughout the three-day event, the team attended various enriching sessions that were pivotal for their organisational growth. Insightful sessions from effective strategies on building and retaining a strong workforce to innovative approaches to curriculum development, leadership and fostering visionary and resilient leadership within organisations, effective fundraising, emphasizing the importance of community-driven support were offered. The workshop ended with a session on personal empowerment encouraging us to reflect on individual and collective potential, empowering us to better serve our communities.

The summit not only provided knowledge but also opened avenues for networking and collaboration. The team had the opportunity to connect with like-minded organisations and individuals, exchanging ideas and exploring partnerships that align with our mission. These connections are invaluable as we continue to work towards impactful and sustainable change in the communities we serve.

Attending the BlinkNow Summit 2024 has been immensely beneficial for Amics del Nepal. The sessions equipped us with practical tools and insights that we are eager to integrate into our programs. Furthermore, the event fostered a sense of solidarity and collaboration, reminding us of the power of collective effort in creating meaningful change. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Chelsea Nepal Network for their support and to the BlinkNow Foundation for organising such a remarkable event.
