Last Sunday, November 17, the traditional annual meeting of Amics del Nepal took place at the La Violeta de Gràcia Cultural Center in Barcelona, which was attended by a hundred people.
It was a family evening with solidarity music by @kaluka.music, video screenings about the association’s work in Nepal that moved all attendees and the presentation of the 2025 Calendar, a true work of art that contains magnificent illustrations made by artists from Nepal and Catalonia, inspired by the small country of the Himalayas.
As every year, there was also the raffle, where three lots of products were raffled off, the sale of Christmas lottery and handicraft products from Nepal, ideal for giving to family or friends on these very special dates.
This year, the annual meeting was even more special than ever because it also marked the start of the organization’s 30th anniversary celebrations that will take place in 2025.
