Children Program Project Based Learning (PBL)

PBL Second Quarter Starts

Project Based Learning (PBL) is an educational initiative designed for students in lower secondary level (grades 6 & 7) at government schools. It aims to provide students with deeper knowledge through active exploration of real-world scenarios and challenges. Each class consists of 10 students, and the curriculum is delivered  through a project based learning and play based approach resulting in high levels of  enthusiastic and engagement from the students.

On 1st August, the second quarter of Project Based Learning (PBL) commenced, starting with English and IT assessments to evaluate the students’ progress. The theme for this quarter focuses on  Child Rights and English language development with the topic “Me and My Neighbors.” The primary goals for PBL6 are to strengthen students’ four fundamental English language skills of Reading, Writing, Speaking and Listening through engaging play-based activities, while the PBL7 class will concentrate on raising awareness of children’s rights and responsibilities.

As part of the program, students will continue receiving field visits and guest speaker sessions throughout the session to develop students’ exposure and foster life skills and broadening the educational experiences of the students.
