Two new babies in the family

On November 2nd, on the recommendation by Central Child Welfare Board of the Government of Nepal, we have admitted in Aajad and Deepak to the family of the Patan Children’s Home. These two babies were born on June 15 and August 19 of this year, respectively. Both are children of two 16 and 15 year old girls who were forced in their villages, and who became pregnant.

Patan’s welcome home, thanks to its good facilities, today hosts 68 kids and girls between 0 and 20 years old. This center is surrounded by rice fields in a beautiful area on the outskirts of Kathmandu. In addition, being very close to the capital, they have access to good schools and hospitals.

Although international adoptions are closed, there are some national adoptions. Currently, 4 of the babies are pending for adoption.

So, Aajad and Deepak are already in their new home, where perhaps they are all childhood or until they are adopted. In any case, they can have a good education and esteem in order to grow happy and healthy.

Become Amic del Nepal so that we can continue giving a good childhood to all these kids from Nepal!
