The Joan Blanquer school in Castellar del Vallès supports to the Bhimphedi Children’s Home, and every year they organize awareness and fundraising activities.
They have already programmed the activities that will be carried out for this academic year. This last week they celebrated the first solidary snack where they sold all kinds of cakes and have raised about € 200. A new success of these great little Amics of Nepal.
They have also taken the opportunity to present the solidarity calendar of Amics del Nepal where the children of the school were the stars of the month of April. In one afternoon they have sold 38 calendars. We will have to learn from them!
From Amics del Nepal, we want to thank the solidarity work carried out by the Joan Blanquer school, especially the team of teachers who educate from values to get citizens who are capable, supportive, empathetic and good.
Thanks to the efforts of all the Amics, from the 890 solidarity calendars that were printed this year, we only have 222 calendars left to distribute! Let’s go on!
